Currently serving as Tax Assessor-Collector for Webb County since December 2018, Rosie brings extensive judicial experience to the race for County Court at Law No. 1 Judge. Her eight years as Municipal Court Judge for the City of Laredo and Rio Bravo have prepared her to serve with fairness, efficiency, and respect for all parties.
